Initial analysis:
- We have an overall total spend of $1,104,539.85
- Of that amount, $833,604.63 was for the land & building itself
- Over $265,000 has already been spent on construction! I'm seeing references to well drilling in the expenses but there's also bills coming from AQUA. And a Wetland Consultant. I believe there is also a chlorine water treatment building on the property, I'm not sure if this is for drinking water, or a pool...?
Background:
- The Barrett Township Supervisors have purchased the form Elementary Center and renamed it the Barrett Administrative & Recreational Complex.
- Moving forward I'll just be tagging related articles under BARC.
- The Elementary Center content should remain as it's been (e.g. before 2023).
