$1.8 million, single-family home at 123 Forbes Drive
The 5,049 square-foot detached house at 123 Forbes Drive in Cresco has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in February and the total purchase price was $1,825,000, $361 per square foot. The house was built in 1914. The deal was finalized on Feb. 21.
