PUBLIC NOTICE REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION/ FINAL REPORT The Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2) require that a Notice for the Submittal of a Remedial Investigation/Final Report be provided to the municipality in which the site is located. Notice is hereby given that Initram, LLC has submitted a Remedial Investigation/Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Northeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of a combined statewide health standard/site-specific standard for a site located at 196 Golf Road and 114 Rock Oak Lane, Buck Hill Falls, Barrett Township, Monroe County, PA 18323. Mr. Vincent Keegan, Esquire, has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with a combined statewide health standard and site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act. This publication initiates the 30-day public and municipal commend period. During this time, you may request to become involved in the development of the remediation and reuse plans for the site.
