To all concerned,
There is a constantly growing need in our community for the help that CAME provides. Our numbers have increased from 30 clients to 104 clients in the 7 years since I became director. That means we are serving over 400 people every month, which totals 4,800 meals we provide each month.
CAME cannot exist without the help it receives from our community, through financial contributions and donations of food.
Finances are running low and the approaching Thanksgiving Holiday has me very concerned. We are expecting to provide 130 baskets this year and need help buying the turkeys and all the trimmings. The turkeys alone will run around $2,000.00. Any assistance we receive in helping to make sure every one of our clients has a Happy Thanksgiving would be greatly appreciated, as well as on going support throughout the year. Our doors are open every Monday from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon to serve the community. Please help in any way that you can.
