Being the same property conveyed to Sean David McCauley, no marital status shown who acquired title by virtue of a deed from Fannie Mae aka Federal National Mortgage Association by its Attorney in Fact, KML Law Group, P.C., dated December 12, 2017, recorded January 9, 2018, at Instrument Number 201800692, and recorded in Book 2504, Page 3674, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. TAX CODE: 01/25/2/34-1 PIN NO: 01638903203105 SEIZED AND TAKEN IN EXECUTION AS THE PROPERTY OF: SUMMER MALEPEAI, AS BELIEVED HEIR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR TO THE ESTATE OF SEAN D.
