PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BARRETT TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD The Barrett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Barrett Township Municipal Building, 993 Route 390, Cresco, PA 18326 on January 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. to consider the application of Lori Feneck for property located at 485 Henry's Crossing Road, Cresco, PA 18326, bearing tax parcel number The property is located in a Light Industrial (LI) Zone and consists of .95 acres. Applicant seeks to erect a residence on the property and seeks relief from the side yard setback. The side yard setback is fifty foot on each side of the house under Zoning Ordinance No. 802(c)(5). Property owner seeks a Variance to allow for a 40.5 foot setback on each side of the proposed structure. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it may be necessary to conduct this hearing virtually. Interested parties should contact the Barrett Township Zoning Officer at 570-595-2602 the day of the hearing to confirm that the hearing will be held in-person; if not, a link to virtual platform will be given. The complete application is on file for inspection and review without charge (or a copy may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof) at Barrett Township's offices, 993 Route 390, Cresco, PA 18326 during regular business hours. If any person with a disability wishes to request that special accommodations be made to allow his or her participation, he or she is asked to contact the Township by calling 570-595-2602 at least one business day in advance to made arrangements.
